Shortbread bites Halloween style
(for people at work)

Shortbread Bites

1 1/4 Cup Flour

3 T sugar

1/2 Cup Butter

2 T sprinkles (I used black & orange)

Preheat oven to 325 F

Stir together flour and sugar. Cut in butter until resembles fine

crumb and starts to cling. Stir in sprinkles. Form mixture into a ball

and knead until smooth.

On an ungreased cookie sheet roll or pat dough into an 8x5 rectangle.

Cut into 1/2 inches squares. Separate squares on cookie sheet.

Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until bottoms just start to brown. Transfer to wire rack to cool.

Used Stampin' Up! "Haunted Forest" stamp and their 1"x8" Cellophane Bag.
I had to cut the pieces smaller than 1/2" in order to fit them into the bags.
